Refund and Returns Policy

We will accept returns on our THCa products up to 14 days after you receive your shipment. All items must be unopened, sealed and in original condition to qualify for returns. We do not offer refunds or returns on open packaging.

DO NOT send back your order until you have contacted us for the accompanying paperwork necessary to legally mail our items. We will not process your return without it. If you received a defective or damaged item, please read the section about our exchange process below.

If you’re looking to make a wholesale, bulk THCa flower purchase, and want to sample our products – we offer a low priced sample package containing a variety of goods all with accompanying Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Please give us a call to place an order for samples.

Late or missing refunds

If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 14 days for it to be reflected in your account. We issue refunds within 24 hours of approval. The amount of time it takes to process is dependent upon your method of payment and the provider. If 14 days have elapsed and you do not see your refund in your account, please send us a message at contact@highthcahempflower.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. If a sale item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we can offer an exchange for a similarly priced item. Note that we typically have sales to remove items from our inventory and may not be able to replace your damaged or defective item with the same product. We will make sure you receive a product of the same price and quality as a replacement.


We only replace items if they are defective (vapes and carts) or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange your item, please email us at contact@highthcahempflower.com for instructions on completing your exchange. We cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to defective or damages items.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
