Yes. Clearance flower has the same Certificate of Analysis as everything else we sell, and the THCA percentage on each product page comes straight from that report.
THCA hemp flower is sold under the federal hemp rules, which cover hemp with no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. Some states add their own limits, so the rules depend on where you live. Our guide to THCA laws explains the federal rules and the state rules.
