Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy


21 and over only. For first time buyers, our bank may require you to submit a photo ID and sign a credit card authorization form for your protection. This is to ensure that you are 21 years old and limits the amount of fraudulent purchases made through our site. Keep an eye on your email for this request after your order confirmation.


We ship orders Monday – Friday using US Post and USPS using our hemp shipping accounts. We are a high volume company and as a result, your order may take up to two days to ship from our warehouse. We strive to get orders out sooner, and often do.

Due to the nature of our products, all shipments must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21 with photo ID at time of delivery. We can not make exceptions according to law.

We do not ship THCA to Louisiana, Idaho, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Minnesota, Virginia or Oregon by law.


Tracking numbers are issued for all orders on the day your order ships from our warehouse. If you did not receive an email notification, you can see your tracking information under the My Account page.

Refunds and Returns

You can request to return your products for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will pay for shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing using our Contact form or by emailing contact@highthcahempflower.com. Please include your name and order number, along with the issue you had. DO NOT return the items without contacting us first. If your refund is approved, we will send you the proper labels and paperwork to legally ship our products back to us. The cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from the refund being issued.

How Long Does A Refund Take?

Once approved for a refund, we will issue it immediately. You will receive an email notification as well as an update in your Account page. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for this to be reflected in your account balance.

If we have issued a refund and you haven’t seen it reflected in your balance, try calling your bank or credit card provider first. Ask them how long it will take to clear before calling us, we have no control over funds posting back to your account after a refund has been issued.
