What is hash?
Every frosty bud is covered in trichomes. They hold most of the plant’s cannabinoids and terpenes. Hash is what you get when you separate them from the plant material and press them together. It ranges from a crumbly blonde to a dark, soft, pliable block.

How bubble hash is made
- Flower or trim goes into a bucket with ice and cold water.
- It’s stirred so the cold, brittle trichomes snap off.
- The water is poured through a series of mesh bags with smaller and smaller holes, which sort the trichomes by size.
- The trichomes are collected and dried, often freeze-dried.

How to use kief and hash
- Top a bowl. Sprinkle kief or crumbled hash over flower.
- Add to a joint. Roll a little kief or a thin snake of hash in with the flower.
